In addition, there is a new school record in the 4x400 relay - 3:25.31:
Andrs Karst, Eric Sipko, Aeden Lanigan, Amir Rizvi.
I am extremely proud of all our athletes as we prepare to compete at the SPC Championships in a couple of weeks.

• Elias Boles third place medalist in three a competition.
• Angela Jiang finished 3rd place medalist and Darcy Wright was 5th place medalist.
Coach Rod Gold: The St. John’s Invitational is one of my favorite events of the year. It is a fantastic facility and an extremely tough and challenging golf course. Our boys had a rocky first day, then came back to play well on day two.
Our girls put together two solid days and finished in a very solid second place. This propels us to have a lot of conference players going into the SPC championships.
I particularly enjoyed the camaraderie and team building as we spent two days together as a team.
